I’m Mattie, the Webmistress for RockSaltJournals.com. I can say “Hello World!” in 6 different languages – programming languages, that is. Yes, I’m a geek who’s also an artist. You can check out some of my art and jewelry in the Art Gallery and some of it will be for sale in the Marketplace. I also have fanart and icons in the Avatar Arena. I have a background in writing as an English Creative Writing major at Texas A & M University (made it to junior year before I had to leave school) as well as in graphic and web design. I spent 5 years as a corporate slave building web sites (well over 2,000 of them) before moving on to the world of contract work. A few of you may know that I was out of work for some time, but that has been remedied with 2 job offers in the same week. Seems I got out of Hell the same day Dean did and started work again the very next day.

I’m a Scorpio, I have 4 tattoos (currently. that’s subject to change winking smiley ), I’m 5’2″, and a redhead. I’m also a very proud 6th generation Texan. Anything else you want to know, feel free to ask… Dean. tongue sticking out smiley
